CUPE 4168 also maintains, as per Article L28 of the Collective Agreement, a Long-Term Disability Benefits Plan for all Permanent members.
After Feb 1st, 2025: As per the decision at the Jan 2025 GMM, the LTD Benefits Plan will be moving to Eckler for Administration, and OTIP for Adjudication services.
Once the transition is complete, more information (including the LTD Contracts) will be posted here for members.
Before Feb 1st, 2025: The plan is administered by Canadian Benefits (CanBen) Consulting Group, and Underwritten by Industrial Alliance (IA) Financial Services.
